- Update your contact details at stir.ac.uk/mydetails to continue receiving alumni news, and invitations to dedicated alumni events and opportunities.
- Join our Alumni Groups on Facebook and LinkedIn, and follow us on Instagram to stay part of the conversation and reconnect with old friends.
- Reconnect with lost friends: If you have lost touch with someone from your time at Stirling, email alumni@stir.ac.uk and we will do our best to help you reconnect.
- Retain access to your student email: you have access to your portal for 30 days following graduation to opt-in to continue to access your student email account for two years after graduation.
Lifelong support
Our commitment to your success does not end with graduation. You have lifelong access to our Careers Service and Enterprise Programme, offering career and business advice, skills development, interview preparation, and job opportunities whether you are taking your first steps or changing direction later in your career.
Stirling Alumni Scholarship
If you are thinking about postgraduate study, remember that Stirling graduates are eligible to receive a Stirling Alumni Scholarship. This scholarship provides a 20% tuition fee discount for a full-time or part-time Masters degree (excludes online degrees) starting in September 2026 or January 2027. It is our way of saying thank you for continuing your journey with us.
Get involved
As a Stirling graduate, your experience and insights can make a real difference for the students of the future. Stay engaged with the University by:
- Sharing your career story or advice with students
- Volunteering as an alumni ambassador
- Supporting scholarships and student funds that open doors for others
Be part of the bigger picture
Around 15 months after you graduate, you will be invited to take part in the Graduate Outcomes Survey, the UK’s largest annual social survey. Your response helps us understand what success looks like for Stirling graduates and shapes the support we offer to future students. Please keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you when the time comes.
